4. Perform by pushing hard and fast in the center of the chest at a rate of 100 beats/per minute
5. Don't stop till medical assistance or an AED arrives

2.Write a paragraph about why knowing Hands-Only CPR is important and how it could impact your future.

Knowing hands-only CPR is important because one day I may save someone's life. I will have a knowledge of hands-only CPR, so if I am a bystander and see someone in need, I will know the proper steps to perform the CPR. It will also be a good thing to know for myself, so when that time comes and I need to assist a person with hands-only CPR, I will not panic and fear of what I am supposed to be doing. I will have courage in myself to perform hands-only CPR. For me personally, it is important to know CPR because I babysit and watch younger children, and I don't want to hesitate with performing CPR.
