Fitness Tips

1. What is "holding you back" from implementing an exercise program?
I actually am working on a exercise program right now. But before that, I think the main thing that was stopping me, was I hate sweating. I don't like feeling hot and sticky, and I felt like, what difference is it really going to make. But once I started, I realize there is a big difference in how I feel, in how I sleep, it just makes a difference.

2. What does moderate exercise feel like?
Moderate exercise is when you are breathing a little heavier than you normally do, but are not out of breath. Your body feels warmer as you move, but you're not overheated and your body feels like you were working.

3. List tips to move more during your daily life that you learned from the article.
Look for ways to walk more. With the little in and out things, don't take the easiest route. Make it so you are working your body more.

4. Which tips could help you start or continue to exercise?
I think the biggest one is take it slow. I've always been one to shoot for the stars, but sometimes things work out better when you take them in small increments.
